Garnet Hill Carriage House, Sunapee NH
This three-story carriage house on Lake Sunapee was built first, allowing the owners to enjoy the lake’s amenities while completing the architectural and construction process for their main residence. Three garage bays with extra depth allow the owner to store a portion of his classic auto collection, and a bar with media equipment create a man’s retreat he can share with guests. Above the garage are an open plan living-dining-kitchen area and master bedroom suite with laundry and entry. The attic is finished as a large bunk room, with bath and storage.
