Lake Sunapee, Burkehaven Cove Boathouse, Sunapee NH
The existing boathouse on this lakefront property was in poor repair. While zoning did not allow for any change in footprint, the owners were able to build a new boathouse in the old one’s place. This provided them access to the water while their primary residence was under construction.
